People of Magic

Jasper Twilt
Jasper Twilt studied Technical Medicine, with a specialization in Medical Imaging and Interventions, at the University of Twente. In November 2020, he finished his master thesis on improving MRI guided imaging during needle interventions at the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine of the Radboud university medical center in which he collaborated with Siemens Healthineers. In December 2020 he started with his PhD project at the same department. His research focuses on the validation and clinical implementation of new artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms for prostate MRI. The clinical validation and implementation of new AI techniques will be part of ProCancer-I, an European Union's Horizon 2020 research. Jasper is supervised by Maarten de Rooij, Henkjan Huisman and Jurgen Fütterer.
